Dear Mr Graber,
The parishioners of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and the pastor, Father Rick Eldred, would like to thank you for the prompt and professional job that your firm recently completed in our church. In replacing the blown paper ceiling insulation with foam, out aim was to eliminate the deterioration of the plaster ceiling due to the moisture caused by inadequate insulation. Since the replacement of the insulation, the attic temperature has dropped considerably. We are happy that our goal, eliminating moisture damage caused by heat loss, has been met.
Additionally, the insulation has provided us with an added benefit: more heat at a lower cost. Despite cold weather, we now turn down the thermostat setting due to the parishioners feeling "hot." With the lower setting, we look forward to a reduced gas bill.
Thank you for all the hard work your company and employees put in the make these benefits possible to us at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, and for all the consideration your workers showed while working on a church in the midst of a busy parish. We greatly appreciate such professionalism.

On Wednesday, January 13, 2010, I had the distinct pleasure of meeting 2 of your employees. Their names are Juan and Matt (I did not get their last names). These 2 gentlemen were extremely professional. They are the type of people every employer should strive to hire. Their customer service is second to one and they left me with the impression that they really do love their jobs. Juan and Matt are very knowledgeable about what they do and take pride in a job well done.

Thank you so much for a job well done!
I'm convinced that the product has not comparison to conventional insulation. It's amazing to watch it seek out, fill and seal even the smallest areas of possible air leaks. You just can't do that with fiberglass.
Your installers were polite, professional and eager to answer any questions that I had. They cleaned up afterwards with great care.
When I received the invoice it was for the amount I was quoted with no hidden charges or surprises.

This is to anybody who feels the foam that is sprayed in the home is not worth the money...it does work and keeps your home warm dry and sound proof....Glad that I spent the extra money to have it done...We, my wife and myself live in western KY...The ice storm that hit this area as well as some other states in Jan of 09...lost our electricity on Monday evening around10:00 PM and didn't get it back until Fri of the same week...our home is little on the large side...6000 sq ft plus...,2 floors, all the area is open due to a great room in the basement as well as a great room on the main floor...and loft...the heat source is electricity and use gas for cooking and a ventless fireplace....the temperature never got above freezing the whole time and only source of heat was the ventless fireplace in the basement as well as a propane heater...couldn't use the oven on the stove due to being electronic ...temperature was never below 50 degrees..on one day the wife told me it was hot and looking at a thermometer on the wall said68 degrees...our grandson and his wife and 2 little girls stayed with us for a few days ..they can verify all is true..Hershel has my cell #...Lloyd Smith

Thanks for your follow-up. Sadly, we still have need of your services, but not the budget for it...at present. As our painters were so far behind schedule last Fall and we were so nervous about the economic climate, we decided to "button up" the house and slap on a coat of paint.
At some point, we are going to have to re-visit the situation. When we do, you'll be first on our list of contractors to call.
I'm sorry (for so many reasons) that we weren't able to move forward with our estimate last Fall. We appreciate the time and effort you put forth and will gladly recommend you to friends and colleagues who are in need of your services.

We just want to let you know how much we appreciated the extra effort you put forth to complete the foam insulation in our garage. We called you at the last minute during the holiday season to do it so our contractor could complete their job without interruption. We realized your schedule was already full, but you worked us in.
Since we just had it done recently, we have not received a utility bill to see the actual savings. However, since it has finally turned colder the last couple of weeks, we have noticed that our gas fireplace has not kicked on as often; we use the fireplace to heat the kitchen, dining room and living room which is above the garage. We have also noticed that the temperature in the house is much more consistent, that alone is worth every penny.
The foam insulation you put in our shop has also made a huge differance.

Graber Insealators was the insulation contractor for our new home on the Ohio River in 1999, and we couldn’t be happier.
I was my own general contractor for the project, so in addition to product performance, sub contractor performance was a big issue for me. Mr. Graber and his crew did a great job for us: They were on time, the quality of work was excellent, and they cleaned up the site when they were done.
ICYNENE product performance has been outstanding. We have 3,600 square feet and 9 foot ceilings all serviced by a 3 ½ ton heat pump. I was concerned that they HVAC contractor had undersized the unit but he knew about the performance of our insulation system and specified the correct solution after all. The small heat pump has no trouble keeping up, and our electric bill in July was 138.00.
I am very glad we invested in a premium insulation product and that we selected Graber Insealators for the job.

When we contracted Graber Insealators to spray Icynene insulation in our 100 year plus old house, we figured it would make it more comfortable, but at our age, didn’t think it would ever pay for itself in our lifetime. To our surprise it did make the home more comfortable, and in three years time it saved enough on utility bills to pay for itself.
Graber’s completed the job in a very workman like manner and we lived in the home while the project was completed. They left absolutely no mess, and we were extremely pleased with their work.
Our son built a new home in 2001 and used Icynene to insulate the entire home. They have been extremely satisfied with their heating and cooling bills thus far.
If I ever have a need for insulation if will only be Icynene and it will be Graber’s who installs it.
